gustavio 439 Posted September 14, 2016 Omg so I progressed today a stage diet wise. I am now allowed toast. So I made a slice and ate a couple bites with a few bites of beef stew. BIG MISTAKE! I'm miserable. Take it from me, just because the paper says you can have it, listen to your body. I will be going back to puréed for a few days. I don't want this feeling again. On a more positive note, the first person told me I look like I've lost a bunch of weight today! She was the first one to notice. (I've lost 24 lbs) it felt good to hear. Also, my clothes are so baggy but at the rate I'm losing, I don't want to buy anything new. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
highfunctioningfatman 2,675 Posted September 14, 2016 You don't have to totally go back. Just try something different.
suzzzzz 1,005 Posted September 14, 2016 Beef is hard to digest and other than ground beef I was told to wait 3 mths. Also, wast old when trying new foods to do so one at a time so if something doesn't sit right you know what it is.
gustavio 439 Posted September 14, 2016 I hadn't eaten any of the meat. U think it was the toast. Idk but I am just now starting to feel ok. I never actually vomited. But felt terrible Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
suzzzzz 1,005 Posted September 14, 2016 Weel, good to be able to identify bread as the culprit. I am almost 3 mths out and haven't tried bread yet. If I am good with it, I don't want to know! :-)
