Upper Abdomen bloated as though look pregnant! Very constipated now

Hello everyone. I have been suffering for about 6 months my stomach jotting out after I eat anything, and to such a degree that I look pregnant. Although I lost 48 kilos in 5 years with the band, I now look as though I have a huge enormous tummy. It cant be normal, as I never had this problem before with the lapband. Now it has been followed by daily Constipation that i have to take each day to go. Can anybody tell me if they experienced this and what to take or do to make it go away. I am thinking it might be something more serious or is it because of the lapband??
