Nisa' 0 Posted April 18, 2017 Hi, I'm from Singapore too. I am still thinking of going for this surgery. What I'm worry most is the excessive skin. I'm afraid that I will look uglier with sagging skins. Does exercise helps to reduce excessive skins coz I don't wish to go for plastic surgery.
Martin78 8 Posted January 2, 2018 Hi Guys and Girls, I am from Singapore. Had the surgery 3 weeks ago. i had lost 6kg with the Meal Replacement 2 weeks before op and only lost 9kg after 3 weeks post op. The nurse at the hospital says it’s consider slow. Any one care to share their experience and thought? during my liquid and purée diet, I drink the Protein Drink and skimmed milk pretty fast ( 10 mins ) , what is the consequence? Regards, Martin
