Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted September 13, 2016 I wasn't working during my soft food stage, but I ate a lot of Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, turkey, etc. You could also take things that you had during your liquid phases: Soup, Protein Shakes, etc.
Valentina 2,642 Posted September 13, 2016 Remember that anything you can crockpot, you can eat during the soft stage. Take left overs to work the next day. Sometimes you should strain the crockpot creation if it's too "lumpy" for your eating stage. How about tuna salad in a tomato---if you can have the Tomato. Every plan is different... cottage cheese Soups greek yogurt pack of hot cereal---once again, if allowed egg salad/egg drop Soup pate' I always thought that the soft stage was "fun" because it lets us use our imagination. Let it go! Think outside the box! Go for it!!!! Happy exploring.
Daisee68 2,493 Posted September 13, 2016 In addition to the above, I ate a lot of fat free refried Beans with a little cheese melted on top (and a little spice added). I also ate hummus (yes just with a spoon) and pimiento cheese. Oh and I also ate Laughing Cow cheese wedges. Also at that stage, I was still having at least 2 shakes per day (Premier Protein ready to drink shakes were super easy to carry). Oh and another thing - I would eat 1/2 a container of greek yogurt (Danon Light & Fit Greek Key Lime or strawberry Cheesecake were and still are my favorites) and mix it with 1/2 scoop of vanilla Protein powder to get higher Protein. I would also do a container of sugar free fat free dark chocolate pudding snack with 1/2 scoop of chocolate Protein Powder. The protein powder I use is Precision Engineered whey Protein Isolate it tastes great!
