higher 966 Posted September 14, 2016 2-3 max. 3 years, 3 months out. Damn. 9 weeks out and I had 5-6 pieces for dinner the last two nights. I weighed them last night and it was 3.5 oz which is my usual Protein serving. It's filling af but not sure I could get by on 3 pieces. I get hamachi which is super thin tho. I personally like the mackerel served with ginger and spring onions because it doesn't taste yicky if you overchew it ????
LipstickLady 25,682 Posted September 14, 2016 I am stuck at 2-3 oz of firm protein'. I can do four or five if it is light like crab legs, but tuna, chicken, beef? Nope.
