I have low fat cheese with low fat milk blended or puree for Breakfast then ill have like 3 sugar free pops in the day I drink G2 and Water is that okay? Should I change stuff? Even if you don't like Protein, get some unflavored Protein powder to add to your G2 or whatever. Protein isn't optional. What does your Dr say about what you are eating? CurvyCooper 26 Posted September 11, 2016 @@andersonrivera Protein is very important in this stage for healing and for weight loss! I noticed if I was slacking on protein I would not lose weight. After surgery the only Protein Shake that wasn't too heavy for me was Unjury - strawberry. If you don't want milk based I would shoot for Isopure I personally like the tea flavors although they do leave a strange after taste. I think I saw in another post that you were just sleeved at the end of August, take it slowly. The most important thing is to get your protein and stay hydrated!
