Sent from my SM-N915V using the BariatricPal App I have a little thining of my hair but no real hair loss.I also make it a point to do protien, protien and more Protein. Gets boring but since I can't eat much doesn't really bother me.

NewAdventure2016 131 Posted September 12, 2016 Can you share if you had any stalls along the way and how you handled it if you did? Also, if you did, how long did it last? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Sweettee23 217 Posted September 12, 2016 Can you share if you had any stalls along the way and how you handled it if you did? Also, if you did, how long did it last? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Let me start by saying i believe it is very important to speak with your nut when you are going through a stall they are very equiped to talk you through to a solution. I have this far only had one stall that lasted for 2 weeks weight loss i was still losing inches. Mine was because my body was starving so it was storing the fat i still have. So i needed to up my Protein and slow down a bit on the exercise. Who would have thunk that exercising too much would have been a problem. But i can see how it is now i still cannot eat much so I have to be very aware of my protien intake daily so i can still get my exercise in, it is my stress relief. SoExcited101 190 Posted September 13, 2016 It has been almost 10 months since I had the sleeved and I am down 171 pounds 14 sizes down and total body loss 127 inches. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it and follow the program. The sleeve is not going to do all of the work for you but if you work for it you can achieve your desired results. Wish I would have done this 10 years ago. 1473388259210.jpg Congrats!! Sent from my LGMS550 using the BariatricPal App
Sweettee23 217 Posted September 13, 2016 (edited) I sometimes take a look back at my pics and think how did I let that happen. 1st 2 pics are within 2 months prior to surgery the rest are part of my journey. Last one is today! Edited September 13, 2016 by Sweettee23

Sweettee23 217 Posted November 11, 2016 (edited) Well almost at initial weight loss goal 2 pounds to go. My surgery date was November 16th 2015 pretty positive I can get to onederland prior to that date just keep working at it chipping away a little at a time. I am really proud of myself and you should all be proud of yourselves too. There is nothing easy about this journey but with the hard work the rewards are that much sweeter. :-) Edited November 11, 2016 by Sweettee23
