4wks out seafood salad

I have always been able to tolerate seafood over chicken, pork or beef.

As far as seafood salad is concerned, I guess that depends on what's in the salad.< /p>

Is it just tuna and mayo/yogurt? ---or does it have celery, nuts and/or dried fruit in it?

Seafood is a wonderful, healthy Protein source. Just make sure that it is of a consistency that you can tolerate at your level.
