It uses pistachios here, but can work on any nut. Hmmm....The pistachios were much better than the almonds I'd say. Perhaps because the almonds have a skin, whereas the seasonings creep into the pistachio shell and actually coat the nut itself. Either way, they WERE good... The army came in post school and work and devoured them while I was finishing dinner. Next question was "can you make the sugary almond ones?" Well, maybe if I have some extra Splenda.... Mm. There's a thought. Cinnamon, some chili peppers heat and the brown sugar Splenda. I need to run to the market.
