If one vapes, at two weeks before the nicotine test, switched to zero nicotine vaping. Both pg and vg are not toxic, and is in all our food and beauty products. If you smoke, you must quit since cigarettes have 3000+ toxic chemicals which may affect your surgery.

Last thing you'll want is a smokers' cough when you are healing up post-op.

Kick the habit and do things that help you to breathe deeply......treadmill.....and then hot showers to cough that junk up as much as you can the weeks leading up to your surgery.

It is not easy, but a lot of us do it and feel the relief.

What Dub said. I was dragging my feet and moaning about it until I made myself snap out of it. I told myself that I always say I would do ANYTHING within my power to get the surgery and live a healthy lifestyle. Smoking (e-cig or normal tobacco) directly conflicts with this. I'm one month smoke free and could not be happier! I smell or see others smoking and want to puke!

Ok, that was a little dramatic, but I've certainly become a slight hypocrite
