I met my goal weight this morning I am so happy I was feeling bad because it seemed so hard then I call my friend and told her she sent me a motivational picture and i got to smiling and I want to say to her thank u and all of yall for keeping me in good spirit

Must.... Have.... Pics.... Love seeing the successes, such motivation for me as I started my journey and now that I'm post op it helps keep the eye on the ball.
