I think the scale is going to be the death of me!

Recommended Posts

In January of this year I bought a Garmin Index scale. It tells weight, BMI, fat percentage

, Water percentage, muscle weight and bone weight.

It downloads to my PC and my cellphone using Bluetooth. Now I have eight months of daily data. I have gained six pounds, but know that four of those pounds are muscle and one pound is Water.

I am cutting calories to lose those pounds, but will be sure that I am losing fat and not muscle or bone. I accomplish that by lots of weight lifting and other working out.

I had surgery to lose weight and ignoring the scale always results in regain for me. I would advise anyone who has weight loss surgery to get a smart scale and follow all of their body changes.
