I am staying on plan today because I am at 4.0 miles hr. on my treadmill and I want to be at 4.5 miles hr:thumbup:

I'm staying on plan today because everyone was telling me yesterday that they can tell I have lost MORE weight...but the scale hasn't moved!!! I ready to update my Ticker...

I am staying on the plan today because I dont like feeling stuck or PBing. AND I feel better when I make time to work out.

I'm staying on plan today because I'm carbo loading for a big 15km run on Sunday!

Its actually quite hard work to get in some oatmeal, a couple of pieces of fruit and a few slices of wholegrain bread in in a day - Pasta for dinner would be ideal too. Because I can eat only a modest amount, I have to start loading 3 days before a race, lol.

But its a better type of hardwork than trying not to eat Cookies, muffins and chocolate (oh, the chocolate in this house since Easter!).

I'm staying on plan today because the scale is STILL sniffing at the 220's....not..........quite...........there............

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
