Jachut 487 Posted March 26, 2008 I'm staying on plan today because I'm carbo loading for a big 15km run on Sunday! Its actually quite hard work to get in some oatmeal, a couple of pieces of fruit and a few slices of wholegrain bread in in a day - Pasta for dinner would be ideal too. Because I can eat only a modest amount, I have to start loading 3 days before a race, lol. But its a better type of hardwork than trying not to eat Cookies, muffins and chocolate (oh, the chocolate in this house since Easter!). Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
