Tapshoes, been there and you can turn things around, I am slowly! Staying on plan and hoping it will be easier than yesterday(slowly dropping packaged carbs to fruits/vegs).

Because like Tapshoes, I haven't been and have gained. Already lost three of the five pounds gained over the holidays. Had a tiny fill, and will stay on plan because larger fills makes the reflux unbearable.

After years of asking for a seat extension there is no greater feeling then having to tighten up the seat belt from where the previous user had it set,
