Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted September 6, 2016 Colds and allergies are miserable no matter when you get them. Tylenol Cold Multisymptom is my friend. Pescador 1,374 Posted September 6, 2016 I have hay fever in the South. Sneezing, runny nose and eyes. I have finally found a no name allergy pill that has helped me. You sure won't fill y,our stomach with any phlegm, etc. It will be in your lungs. Good luck, I have had no yearly bronchitis in three years since my sleeve. higher 966 Posted September 6, 2016 I'm a lifelong hay fever and other allergy sufferer and I know this will sound so tired but seriously the neti pot and saline nasal sprays have been life changing for me at clearing out congestion.
