Diabetes and Low Sugars on Liquid Diet

Hi I'm getting sleeved on the 19th. How have you guys with Type 2 Diabetes manage or avoid the low sugars? Thanks in advance!

They had me stop my Metformin the day I started my liquid diet, I didn't seem to have any blood sugar issues throughout the liquid diet.

My blood surgar numbers went from 180s to 120s. And I'm 2 months post ops

I also stopped my meds immediately at surgery. My numbers have been great with no issues, 2 weeks out.

You know how they tell you to drop juices?? I had to have some juice because I needed the sugar. Dilute your juices so that way you get some sugar and are well hydrated while you are at it.
