OzRoo 1,492 Posted October 18, 2016 At over 7 months, it is starting to be hard work ...... much longer stalls, don't lose as fast ...... The 19Ib (9 kg) left, starts to be a challenge. Stepping up exercise, still eat the same food and same portion size .... The honeymoon is definitely over ..... Now the drive to get to goal is stronger.
