Dub 9,922 Posted September 3, 2016 In my 5th month......I went on a two week binge where I lived off charbroiled or steamed oysters every meal. I was good for 1/2 dozen sized orders. I can't freaking wait to get my grill loaded down with some oysters.......soon......soon. Nothing better.
cindyw41 761 Posted September 3, 2016 I've tried shrimp and crab both sit well. They're a little tough for 17 days out but they are my go to now. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Bufflehead 6,358 Posted September 3, 2016 I was still on liquids then (that phase is 4 weeks in my team's plan). Not into liquefied oysters or shrimp, so not for me! I did have pureed shrimp with buffalo sauce when I moved onto purees, and both oysters and shrimp in soft food phase, no problems. Scallops are another great choice! highfunctioningfatman 2,675 Posted September 4, 2016 I was sleeved on Monday and I have 6 people that I'm cooking for tonight. The bbq is loaded with rib eyes, shrimp and a potato, onion and mushroom dish that is always requested. Tomorrow I will be doing smoked, bacon wrapped, mushroom and parsley stuffed chicken thighs. Of course I can't have any of it. Oh well. This guy is going to be rebuilt into a healthy skinny guy and that is truly amazing!
