Elle1906 12 Posted October 16, 2016 Hi guys, Just need some advice. I'm around 1 year and 6 months out... I have been stalled at 72kg for around 2 months and previously I stalled at 80kg and 75kg. For a fair amount of time. I'm thinking about resetting my pouch and I definitely think that snacking at work may be contributing to it. How did everyone go with theirs? And do you think it is better to have 2 shakes etc in the morning and then a chicken etc for dinner or just shakes? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
AMBG71 0 Posted October 16, 2016 I'm almost at 3 year mark and have slowed down on exercise as well as measuring my food. I've planned to start the pouch reset and wanted to know does it really work.
