Take notice of how you feel and look. Sounds like your doing a good job ???? Sent from my VS985 4G using the BariatricPal App
cindyw41 761 Posted September 2, 2016 Water weight will fluctuate. If you're following your plan it definitely isn't fat. A lb of fat and a lb of muscle weigh the same.. It's just a lb of muscle takes up less room. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
rebecca wills 190 Posted September 3, 2016 I've got clothes I saved at different sizes. I've been all over the place in the past 4 years. So I'm so thrilled to be getting into things I saved. It's like they are new again. ???? I had thyroid removed 2 years ago. So now I'm stable. So as I lose I feel so happy. If you're not eating enough - you will not lose weight and your body holds on to everything.
