How to alleviate shoulder, back etc pain

I've been allowed to take ibuprofen post op. My surgeon says it's fine as you have a normal stomach...just smaller. I have had no problems.

My Dr and nutritionist said no ibuprofen because it causes stomach ulcers . I was told strictly Tylenol too

The left pain in your shoulder and ribs is surgical pain and it travels up the left side via nerves. I had the same problem for about 2-3 weeks and now it is gone.

Yes, I was told to drink original v8 or Tomato juice everyday . I put unflavored Protein powder in it. Nutritionist said it works great to keep you hydrated ( had RNY )

I can't take ibuprofen either. Praying weight loss will help with the pain issues
