MadisonsMommy 36 Posted August 31, 2016 I had surgery on August 11th, and on my first pre op appointment I had lost 19 pounds!!! Woohoo!!! But tomorrow I will be 3 weeks out and I haven't lost ANYTHING else!! What's the deal!? It's hard for me to get my Protein and liquids in, but overall, I feel great, and I'm handling the puréed foods well. catwoman7 11,221 Posted August 31, 2016 go up to the search box and type in "three week stall". It happens to pretty much everybody! I think your body just need to recalibrate or something. Just stick to your plan and the stall will break. I stalled for two weeks, but then I dropped like 6 or 8 lbs within a couple of days after it broke Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

If you intend to lose a significant amount of weight you will experience stalls. Everyone experiences periodic stalls and just about everyone has one about three weeks after surgery. Just follow your program. Track your food. Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids. Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed. Exercise when cleared. Stay off the scale.
