Has anyone tried the baristric fusion stick packs. Flavored Vitamin powder mixed with 8 ounces of Water. Drink in morning and evening. Wondering how the taste is. My nut. recommended it.

Did not get any response. Currently using the vitamin patches. So far they seem to be working. Time will tell I guess.
