A "new" normal would be when you can have small meals that include a variety of food and one in which you made sufficient lifestyle changes.

I would say I really felt settled in and like my surgery wasn't "THE THING" in my life anymore around four months post-op.

If I go by your definition of "new normal", it was a few weeks ago at my 6 month mark.

For me it was when I "forgot" about this forum! I still come back when I have a question and then I found I could answer some of the questions from newer WL people. Maybe about 4 months.
