I first got the chewables I thought it would be great they were disgusting try these they are easy to swallow that Calcium pills are very big but I break them in half and split them up throughout the day this only cost $25 a month through my insurance

It is clear then that calcium carbonate is alkaline based while calcium citrate is acid based.

I also was having a hard time on the chewables then I found that if I take them with V8 juice it is much better. I can take them alot quicker now.
