Reality has set in- t minus 4 days until surgery

Last might i think it finally sunk in that in 4 days i will be getting sleeved and moving on to becoming a LOSER! This morning is my last morning of work. I have preop at hospital this afternoon and monday more preop with doc and then my required class that my doc has us do. Surgery is Tuesday!! Starting to feel a little nervous wondering if ive made the right decision!!!
