Trish2U 0 Posted August 31, 2007 Hi I found a Protein mix shake I love. It's Unjury chocolate. I mix it with skim milk and add a teaspoon of natural Peanut Butter and a 1/4 of a banana blend well and add ice cubes to make a frosty. Plenty of protein and smooth. Was it because of the weight loss? yeah had mine out monday - goodtimes - just like starting over on the band - back on the liquid/mushy bland - I don't think it's that common my doctor told me the percentage, can't remember exact numbers but it was fairly low Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
