losingjusme 12 Posted August 29, 2007 as of this morning, i am at 224.6 miles in my August challenge. my goal was 220. i wasnt sure if i was going to make it or not, i am still kind of sick with bronchitis and an upper resp infection, but i just took it one mile at a time this morning and i made it. 2 more days to see how much farther i can go. luvinke 0 Posted August 30, 2007 Hello everyone, it's great seeing everybodies excercise goal, I need one bad, please help me. I have to admit that I have been doing bad with the excercise the past few weeks, we have been having bad weather and it is extremely hot, I have been doing the basics, taking the stairs, parking further away, walking only about 1/4 mile a couple of times a day across the parking lot, but I really need to excercise. I would appreciate any suggestions. Are there any good workout DVD's that I can purchase. I need to try to use some of the equipment I have in my house...treadmill, gazelle, weight bench, and ab scissor lounge, if you have an excercise routine that you can share with me.
