Rokumok4 53 Posted September 2, 2016 Not that I condone that, but my coworker used ankle weights under her jeans to qualify. Note to self: I don't have to take this day all at once but rather one step, one breath and one moment at a time. I am only one person.

luzazulmb 7 Posted September 2, 2016 Putting weights in your bra can work, too. These insurance rules are so arbitrary, for people who have yo-yo'd forever. And we all know how easy it is to can gain or lose 7 lbs in a week, since we've all done it 100 times. (Worry that writing about this online will tip off the insurance companies, and they'll start requiring naked weighins!) perspectiveiseverything 105 Posted September 2, 2016 Are you in Kaiser northern CA or southern? Your psychiatric history won't preclude you from surgery, but if you are actively involved in treatment then the bariatric psychologist will likely want to check-in with your providers. They just want to make sure that you are stable for surgery, understand the risks, have good support, etc. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I'm very thankful for that cause I know people that have that issue with their depression.I've been in one on one therapy for almost 4 yrs. I also participated in a group therapy for about 8 months.
