Does anyone know the nutritional value from Teavana teas? I bought some as I am on my 7 day liquid diet. I did not add any sweeteners . Does anyone know anything about these teas? It is not listed on their website.

@@spunkyheather Starbucks website shows 0's in all macros except a small amount of sodium for one of them that I looked up. I don't know how they get away with not having nutritional values on their website.

Yeah , I don't get it! I just want to make sure I am following my low carb/no sugar diet. Thanks so much for your help!

Here's some information on teavana teas that I found on myfitnesspal. Doesn't look like a complete list but it covers some of them.

Do you mean the looseleaf teas? I use looseleaf all the time, they have no calories, sugar, fat, sodium, anything. ONLY downside is that some of the darker teas or black teas (earl gray, english Breakfast, etc.) may have some caffeine content. Personally, my doctor told me that caffeine is a no no, but if your doctor approves of it, have at it!
