spunkyheather 10 Posted August 24, 2016 Does anyone know the nutritional value from Teavana teas? I bought some as I am on my 7 day liquid diet. I did not add any sweeteners . Taylor C 15 Posted August 27, 2016 Do you mean the looseleaf teas? I use looseleaf all the time, they have no calories, sugar, fat, sodium, anything. ONLY downside is that some of the darker teas or black teas (earl gray, english Breakfast, etc.) may have some caffeine content.
