PJenkins 18 Posted August 24, 2016 at least you are not gaining - are you? The real difficulty here seems to be getting back from your socialization pattern. How else can you spend time with others and not drink? I am just new from the surgery. I am trying to get the hang of solid food. I am transitioning from full Clear liquids to solids. Ms stomach holds 2 oz. I am trying to limit to that by measuring 1/4 cup. Any ideas about how you made the transition?
blooomer 0 Posted August 25, 2016 i was on solid food within 1 month of surgery, think of a bird eating, take a bite chew very very well...then walk away, give 10 min then have second bite, that's it. You'll be hungry in a while, your body will let you know if your overdoing it...prob puke give it time...

Negative. Alcohol has no nutritional benefit for weight loss. It is empty calories.
