Humana Medicaid in Florida approvals?

I am curious if anyone has been approved in Florida with Humana Medicaid having gastroparesis? I have heard that's what the gastric sleeve was first used for. My BMI is 36.5 and I have severe gastroparesis and really bad acid reflux.
