Just make sure you follow you surgeon's guidelines and everything will work out in your favor. Remember to sip sip sip and walk walk walk after surgery. osvaldocaceres 9 Posted August 23, 2016 Mine was last week. 8 days out now. I had the same worries so it's normal. I was so scared to the last second before i was put to sleep. char3672 292 Posted August 24, 2016 I am not having surgery until June, but I have days when I think"I'm not doing it, it's too scary", then, something happen like today. I was turned down for a promotion because " I don't have enough self confidance" it makes me realize just how much the weight is taking away from me, and I'M SICK OF IT! Just know you always have support here and most of us are so glad we made the journey. I am 4 years out and 125# lost.
