I am 8 days post op and feel that everything I am going through is so abnormal. I am a lap band revision. I feel so regretful and upset. I am looking for someone who may able to guide me though these nest few weeks.

First of all I'm a lap band revision. I have been waking up every night since surgey at 2 to.3 am sweating around the neck and can't sleep I am fearfully of.losing all my hair and I am doing the most with protien ans Water. I actually get 90 grams or more. I have anxiety and I belive depression now and I am just hate.n this
