tinkershells 16 Posted August 23, 2016 Hi all- I was sleeved on July 9th, so I am about 6 weeks post op. I lost 22 lbs from week 1-5, but this last week (maybe two weeks actually) the scale has not budged!! Today, I even gained a lbs. How is this possible? I am tracking my calories with MyFitnessPal, and I can barely even finish any of the things I prepare, so my caloric intake is actually LESS than what I'm recording. I have started riding my bike again, and walking. I used to do NOTHING everyday, so this increase in activity is monumental, and theoretically should boost my metabolism. I am 34, so is my metabolism just shot now? Is this a thyroid thing? I've had my thyroid tested before, and the levels were normal. In the past when I have lost weight (I have lost around 70 lbs before, multiple times, and just put it back on) I would never plateau. I would lose a steady 2-5 lbs per week. What AM I wrong????!!! I'm so frustrated!!!
