PrinceVanHalen 97 Posted August 23, 2016 That pain below your breast is 100% normal and yes it sucks. It will go away after a few weeks. I was on pureed foods as soon as I was discharged from the hospital. That was my surgeon though. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

If any poster tells you it's OK or not OK to move to pureed foods, they do not and should not give you direction on this question. Again..only your doctor/NUT should answer this question. WLSResources/ClothingExch 3,444 Posted August 24, 2016 @@mouna, it's possible that the pain below your breast/rib cage is gas, especially if it's on the left side. If it is, it will pass. Try walking around, which often helps. In any case you will be wise to call your surgeon's office to discuss it.

It's horrible I know. Hot showers . Hot Water bottles help and taking paracetamol every 4 hours is a must for me. I'm actually 9 days post can wait to go onto mushy food in 5 days . They do the 2 weeks fluids to give your body time to heal after the opp hope this helps good luck Sent from my SM-G925F using the BariatricPal App 1 PandaPo reacted to this
