Thanks Lottie. Yesterday I stumbled across a thread specifically called before and after where hundreds of people posted their before and after pictures. I can't find it now. The 'gallery' only has a few pictures.

If you will go to the home page and click on the General Lap Band Discussions, the Before and After thread is the first thread listed---just click it and start being inspired!!!
