Hi everyone! If anyone like banana flavor, these are the shakes for you! I have fell in love with them. They are made by Premier Protein with 30 grams Protein, 1 gram sugar, and 160 calories . I found them at Sam's Club. Hope this helps someone...

I found that it didn't quite have enough banana flavor. I cleared it with the doc so now I add banana flavor to it, just an 1/8 tsp. I add mint extract to the chocolate one as well.

The banana, vanilla and strawberry ones are all good. I don't care for the chocolate ones. Somebody said they have caramel...but haven't found any yet.

The consistency is like milk @@Monet08 with the flavor of banana. I drink them very very cold, shakes taste better to me when they are almost frozen. Hope this helps.[emoji4]
