I'm in need of the lab band and wanted to know if you guys know any insurances that have a quick turn around for surgery. And what hospital should I go to. I've been doing my research and I seen Jacobi was good and metro plus insurance or any insurance with a PPO .. Helpppppp please .... Is there anyone from ny??? cbonet 336 Posted August 22, 2016 There is no answer. Every insurance company has their own provisions and regulations. Each company has parameters for approving all surgeries as well as testing. In my case my insurance company states a 6 month supervised wait. However due to serious health issues an appeal was won and I was approved (after first being denied) in 2 months. B_Blake 2 Posted August 23, 2016 I switched over to metro plus and called the hospital and they stated because I have that insurance it will only take 2-3 months.. So excited to get started.
