Mudgy6 88 Posted August 21, 2016 I went to my checkup and of course they was going to check my a1c. They tried. It was so low that the machine couldnt read it. I'm like what? What do you mean you cant read it. What does that mean? I was sent to the lab for blood work. Im still waiting to hear from them. On the bright side, NO MORE INSULIN FOR ME, YEAH. Djmohr 6,965 Posted August 23, 2016 @@Mudgy6 I am guessing you meant your glucose level, not A1C. Regardless that is great news! I too was diabetic until my bypass. Now, my resting glucose is around 73 average when it used to be in the 150s. My A1C is well below normal at 4.8 No more medications!
