Hi everyone! My name is Nancy and I'm from the netherlands. I have a GBP in november '15 and lost 43 kg. Just wondering how you experience your "New life" since the surgery? I know it has been the best choice of my life!!

Welcome Nancy. I had RNY gastric bypass surgery 3 years ago. I wrote a short article that describes my experience with the process. I wrote a second article that describes my experience with the second phase, the "Maintenance" phase. Here are the links.
