Hummus, creamed Soups (strained), cottage cheese (small curd or whipped), sugar free pudding (add Protein powder), greek yogurt, ricotta bake, refried Beans with cheese (can make a Mexican dip). Experiment and enjoy. My plan doesn't expect us to get all our protein in foods so still has us drinking Protein Shakes too. We are allowed cream of wheat, mashed potatoes, butternut squash, etc - but I'm going to try and stick with protein.
