ElleJ 19 Posted September 27, 2016 Stay strong! Being compliant with the pre op diet makes it easier for our surgeon. It's not easy - especially when people around you decide to eat food that you love... But this is going to the the best winter of our lives! I can't wait till I can use this tool to shed some weight and feel better! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
paramedic 56 Posted September 27, 2016 Wow everyone sounds like every doc has different ideas. The most I've cheated is Greek yoghurt and one egg. Watch eating to close to surgery and be honest with your surgeon. If food leaks then massive infection can result. Besides that it isn't to bad. Oct 4 is a week away and ready to look in the mirror again and not hate myself. Ready for my self image to get better. Ready to not worry that people think I'm to fat. Ready to captain Twinkie to look even bigger (if you catch my drift). Ready to run more with my 4 year old, ready for oldest to not be embarrassed of me walking her to pageants. Ready to wear normal size cloths, ready to live, ready to be diabetic free. I got this so do you all Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
