OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted August 19, 2016 Yeah it is fine, your body is going to decide when your weight loss slows down, not you. Plus you are a man, enjoy the fast weight loss.

I guess...I also got nervous when they suggested I get the duodenal switch surgery...Which freaked me out So I kind of went really hard on working out and eating right amount of everything...I do not want another surgery I already don't eat anything I like now I can Imagine adding another surgery. OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted August 19, 2016 @@RobertD16 There was a point I was losing weight rapidly and my body was changing fast and it really scared me. I slowed my weight loss down on purpose, which I regret now but it seemed like the right choice at the time, I was terrified. Looking back it was just a lot of change very fast. Don't slow down, keep going, eventually your body will slow down and the rest of the weight will come off slow on its own.
