I am the same way!! I can see my body change a little but the scale says nothing different!! Maybe bc I have a cold??

It helps to get a scale that gives the fat vs muscle percentage, even if the number on the scale doesn't move, I'll notice my fat %age going down while the muscle goes up :-)
