Why not make an appointment with your NUT (or a new NUT if your previous NUT is not available) to talk about your goals. Also, research on nutrition has brought quite a few changes in the last few years. In the meantime: track your food focus on getting in at least 64 oz fluids make sure you are getting in enough Protein (my Protein target is 100 grams, do you have a protein target?) avoid added sugars (especially high fructose corn Syrup, starches, and fried foods and, exercise Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I am with @innersurfergirl I would go back to the basics and start as if surgery was yesterday. Go back to liquids for a few days so that you flush toxins out.
