JillC878 59 Posted August 16, 2016 Hi everyone. I am about 2.5 years out, but I seriously struggling. I am eating until I get sick and just cannot get motivated to workout. Would anyone like to be "buddies" and we can help each other out? I am open to it if there is anyone interested. Christinamo7 4,042 Posted August 16, 2016 what sort of working out do you prefer? my favorites are swimming, hiking and walking. there are certain foods I go to on my "hungry" days that I know will fill me up without doing damage - do you have a list of foods that do that for you?
