I'm nervous about surgery also, but as far as being sick all the time, I asked a question on here "would you do it again"? EVERY response I got said yes! VERY few said they were ever sick, and the ones that did, said it was very minimal (I have a huge phobia of vomiting) I feel much better now about it. Good luck! You'll do it when you are ready. (My surgery isn't until June 2017 because I can't miss work)

I made my first consultation with the surgeon two years ago and chickened out until I got serious again this year. You'll know when you are ready. Don't be too hard on yourself!
