stpatty 18 Posted August 16, 2016 I sent the HR director a plea (via email) to cover VSG last week. I've gotten no response in any form. How long should I wait to follow up or should I assume she's ignoring me and that equals a denial? I don't want to anger/annoy anyone but I'm getting a bit peeved. Does your company handle medical matters on its own rather than providing a med plan from an insurance company? I suppose the other way I can say this is: Is your employer self-insured?
